I really love Joe's look and pose here! So happy to have a cel of him~ <3
I didn't see any sequence numbers on it, so I think this cel is relizu cel (from what I read of other Crusher cels without numbers). Limited quantities were made and then released when the movie showed at theaters.(If you have anymore info on them please let me know.)
