This is a gorgeous cel of Utsunomiko! The series is so much eye candy. Really love the designs and detail. Inomata Mutsumi did the original Illustrations and Noriyoshi Yamazaki the animation designs.
The douga that came with this is my favorite douga as of yet! ;v;
