It's Slay!! >w< I love this chara from Orguss so much. The series was fun to watch because of the love triangle that formed when Kei joined the group. Poor Slay had his fiancé swept away by Kei's charm.
This scene actually comes from when he tries to be stronger, and he goes to save Mimsy, but kinda fails. It's a really nice part in episode 10. He is such a tragic character.
